Amsterdam, 24-09-2025 - As of today, after fifty years of regained ownership of the 66-acre ADM site. Larendael, development and investment company owned by entrepreneur Wim Beelen, is selling the land for 165 million euros, well below the appraisal value of 235 million euros.
Larendael and De Klerk Werkendam have joined forces for the realization of a new quay construction of no less than 1,500 meters on the ADM site. The agreement has been signed and preparations for construction have begun.
In a recent announcement, the MIPIM Awards jury nominated Larendael Development, led by creative founder Wim Beelen, for the prestigious title of Best Industrial and Logistics Project 2024 for the project: "CTPark Amsterdam City."
'We are enormously proud! After a long road we have finally started the construction of the Dutch Superyacht Tech Campus,' said Wim Beelen, director of development company Larendael.
CTPark Amsterdam City is in the final stages of construction and will soon open to new tenants. 'Located in the heart of our capital city, this city hub is ready for a new era of sustainable and efficient logistics,' says Wim Beelen, director of investment company Larendael, the proud and creative initiator of the Netherlands' first XXL city hub.
Investment company Larendael has acquired DECOM Amsterdam from KOOLE Contractors. The company's purchase is part of the larger development of the Dutch Superyacht Tech Campus at the shipyard in Amsterdam's Western Docklands.
On the 42-hectare shipyard purchased at the end of August in the Western Docklands of Amsterdam, Larendael will develop a campus where several superyachts of up to 200 meters can be designed and built.
Wim Beelen sold his demolition and waste group and plunged into real estate. He made his first move with the sale of his Amsterdam Logistic Cityhub. On Monday he bought the ADM site in the port of Amsterdam.
Amsterdam Logistic Cityhub (ALC) has been sold to CTP, a top five European real estate developer and manager. The facility is the first multi-storey XXL logistics city hub in the Netherlands.
