Amsterdam, December 23, 2021 - Udo Kock, from 2014 to 2019 alderman in Amsterdam municipality, has committed to Larendael, the investment and development company of entrepreneur Wim Beelen.

Amsterdam Logistic Cityhub (ALC) has been sold to CTP, a top five European real estate developer and manager. The facility is the first multi-storey XXL logistics city hub in the Netherlands.
