From contaminated land to strategic redevelopment. In 2021, Larendael took ownership of the ADM site, one of the largest contiguous lots in Amsterdam.

This is the Netherlands' first energy-generating 'last mile' xxl logistics city hub, with multiple floors and strategically located on the North Sea Canal and close to the capital city of Amsterdam.

In a stately mansion dating from 1884, on the Amstel in Amsterdam, we have sustainably renovated an apartment complex.

Met haar vermogen om overzicht te houden, mensen te verbinden en plannen praktisch tot uitvoering te brengen, zorgt zij ervoor dat ideeën daadwerkelijk gerealiseerd worden. Binnen Spelen bij Beelen draagt Willeke bij aan een gastvrije, veilige en goed georganiseerde omgeving waar kinderen en gezinnen kunnen spelen, ontdekken en genieten.

Als Portfolio Manager Equities speelt Uzi een centrale rol binnen het investeringsproces van Larendael. Hij is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van transacties, het beheer van valutaposities en het monitoren van portefeuille- en marktrisico's. Daarnaast levert hij analyse en input op het gebied van positionering, allocatie en portefeuilleconstructie. Met een combinatie van marktkennis, handelsdiscipline en een focus op procesverbetering draagt hij bij aan de verdere professionalisering en schaalbaarheid van het investment platform van Larendael.

Spelen bij Beelen heeft vandaag een intentieovereenkomst getekend voor de overname van Miniworld Rotterdam. Op verzoek van talloze Rotterdammers én de gemeenteraad van Rotterdam zorgen wij voor een overbruggingskrediet, waardoor de iconische attractie aanstaande zaterdag alweer haar deuren kan openen.

Hoe mooi zou het zijn als kinderen hier kunnen spelen, gezinnen samenkomen aan het water en bezoekers met bootjes of zelfs vanaf cruiseschepen naar Rotterdam-Zuid varen?” Met die ambitie kijkt ondernemer Wim Beelen naar de toekomst van het voormalig attractiepark Rivoli, dat onlangs in handen kwam van Larendael. Beelen wil de locatie transformeren tot een levendig recreatiegebied met de naam ‘Spelen bij Beelen’. De komende maanden wordt het terrein stapsgewijs opengesteld voor publiek.
