This is the Netherlands' first energy-generating 'last mile' xxl logistics city hub, with multiple floors and strategically located on the North Sea Canal and close to the capital city of Amsterdam.
At the end of August 2021, we purchased a parcel consisting of 43.5 acres of land and private water. We will also develop something unique here.
In a stately mansion dating from 1884, on the Amstel in Amsterdam, we have sustainably renovated an apartment complex.

Larendael and De Klerk Werkendam have joined forces for the realization of a new quay construction of no less than 1,500 meters on the ADM site. The agreement has been signed and preparations for construction have begun.
